Construction Update August 2021
We are pleased to bring you this month’s construction update at Archer’s Way.
- Stage 1 bulk earthworks are complete.
- The internal sewer works are complete and external sewer works are 80% complete.
- Stormwater works are underway and pipework has commenced to the bio basin.
- Roadworks have commenced to Stage 1.
- Stage 2 is scheduled to commence in August.
Given the progression of the civil works in Stage 1, the estimated completion is on target for November; therefore, settlement should occur in December 2021. This timeline does not account for any potential delays due to wet weather or works approvals however, rest assured, you will be notified if this should occur.
