Construction Update – May

STAGE 2 UPDATES

Here is this month’s construction update for Stage 2 at Archer’s Way! The recent heavy rains in the area have caused unfavourable ground conditions for some works, however the contractor has been able to progress with the below:

• Roadworks for the internal streets are now complete.
• Re-spreading of topsoil is 90% complete
• Internal sewer works are complete.
• External sewer mains connections to cash St are 90% complete
• Installation of electrical pillars has commenced.
