- Internal Roadworks including asphalt and line marking works are complete.
- Spreading of topsoil to all lots is complete.
- Internal sewer works are complete.
- External sewer mains connections to Cash Street are complete.
- Electrical installation including streetlights is complete.
- NBN pit, pipe and cabling works are complete.
- External works along Cash Street are complete.
- Landscaping works are complete.
STAGE 3 UPDATES
Here is this month’s construction update for Stage 3 at Archer’s Way!
- The cut and fill of bulk earthwork operations are complete.
- Respreading of topsoil to lots has commenced.
- Retaining walls for lots are complete
- Sewerage works are nearing completion.
- Sewerage manholes installation is complete.
- Water reticulation works are progressing.
- Major drainage pipework installation is progressing.
- Internal roadworks subgrade compaction and trim has commenced.
- Approval for the external intersection upgrade works has been received and these works are due to commence in the short term.
