There has been lots of progress happening at Archer’s Way! We are excited to see your new country lifestyle come to life!

Stage 2 Updates

The latest news for Stage 2 construction updates:

• The contractor has been continuing with the import of fill and cut to fill bulk earthwork operations now at 90% completion.
• Stormwater and sewer reticulation works are continuing, currently at 40% completion.

Stage 1 Updates

Construction updates from the last few months:

• The street signs are installed on Banksia Cl, Flinders St and Bradman St.
• The entry statement has been installed.
• Completion of the round-a-bout.
• Asphalt to the internal roads completed.
• The construction of internal footpaths completed.
• Topsoil applied to all lots in stage 1
