STAGE 3 UPDATES

We are pleased to bring you the latest construction update for Stage 3:

• Respreading of topsoil to lots is continuing.
• Water reticulation works are complete.
• Major drainage pipework installation is complete.
• Internal roadworks Basecourse lay has commenced.
• Internal Roadworks Kerbing is 80% complete.
• Installation of the Echidna Culvert Crossing is complete.
• A pre-start meeting has been held with Traffic & Main Roads (TMR) and the external intersection upgrade works will commence in the following weeks.
