The End of Financial Year Sale promotion

The End of Financial Year Sale promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Archer’s Way Estate, a project managed by DFC (Project Management) Pty Ltd (“Archer’s Way Estate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below:

Offer Details:

a. The Promotion is valid only for the purchase of a block of land within Archer’s Way Estate.

b. The Promotion requires a deposit of $5000 (AUD) to secure the block of land.

c. No additional payments are required until the settlement of the purchase.

d. The Promotion is limited to the first 5 buyers who meet the specified criteria.

e. The Promotion is valid until July 31st, 2023.

Eligibility:

a. The Promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents and aged 18 years or above.

b. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Archer’s Way Estate and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Promotion.

c. Eligible buyers must meet the financial and legal requirements as determined by Archer’s Way Estate.

Limitations:

a. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless explicitly stated.

b. The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

c. Archer’s Way Estate reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms:

a. All sales are subject to contract and final approval by Archer’s Way Estate.

b. Archer’s Way Estate reserves the right to reject any offer at its discretion.

c. Prices, availability, and terms are subject to change without prior notice
